Frank is a native of and a current homeowner in Springfield, MA. Frank has over 20 years of experience starting as a Process Engineer for a PSA Tape company and most recently working as the Plant Manager of a $40M company on Long Island.
Carlo Sarno
Owner
Carlo worked for the Hampden County Sheriff’s Office for 8 years before opening his first restaurant in Clearwater Beach Florida. Carlo has since owned and operated several restaurants and bars in Massachusetts

Frank Dailey
Frank is a native of, and current homeowner in, Springfield, MA. Frank attended both Springfield Technical Community College and the University of Massachusetts Amherst, earning a Bachelor’s Degree from UMass in Chemical Engineering. Frank has over 20 years of experience starting as a Process Engineer for a PSA Tape company and most recently working as the Plant Manager of a $40M company on Long Island. Frank has developed several Transdermal Patch formulations and is in the process of starting Boston Bud Factory, a small local startup in the cannabis industry that just received their Provisional Licenses for Retail and Manufacturing from the Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission.
Carlo Sarno
Carlo Sarno was born in Los Angeles California but has lived in Longmeadow Massachusetts since 1978. Carlo graduated from Longmeadow High School and took classes at Holyoke Community College. Carlo worked for the Hampden County Sheriff’s Office for 8 years before opening his first restaurant in Clearwater Beach Florida. Carlo has since owned and operated several restaurants and bars in Massachusetts, starting with Main Street Café and he currently owns and operates Pot Belly’s in Springfield and the Brian Boru in Holyoke. Carlo also manages the family business, CJS Amusements. CJS Amusements pool manages pool tables, video games, and jukeboxes in local bars and restaurants.
